I got an email recently from someone curious about having a prostate orgasm. Yes, this person wanted some more details on what to do but they also asked a question that stopped me in my tracks. Here’s the question: “How do I know when I have a prostate climax?” That never occurred to me that someone might not know, but then, thinking about it – it makes sense when you’re new to anal sex.
Prostate Orgasm 101
Many of you are already experimenting with butt stuff. If you’re new and nervous, check out this blog about common myths about anal sex. Like many alternative sexual activities, your mindset can actually be more important than the physical actions. So, let’s start with your mental approach.
Prostate orgasm versus stroking
Think about stroking to an orgasm. If you’re like most men, masturbation is forward moving, active, and often fast. In contrast, a prostate climax is internal, passive, and generally slower to achieve. A hands-free, prostate orgasm requires you to stop chasing the sensation and instead let the sensation catch up to you.
Your breath and pelvic relaxation
Take a deep breath. Drop your shoulders. Let go of the desire to touch yourself, and commit to experiencing pleasure purely from within.
Now, iInhale deeply through your nose, expanding your abdomen. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, consciously release the tension in your pelvic floor. Imagine your internal muscles melting downward.
Slip in a toy. If you need anal toy suggestions, check out this anal sex episode on The Weekly Hot Spot podcast. When a toy applies pressure to your prostate, your natural reflex is to squeeze or resist. I want you to override that reflex. Every time you feel pressure build, use your exhale to open up around it. You are not pushing; you are expanding.
Ride the waves of pleasure
As the internal stimulation continues, the sensation will begin to feel heavy, deep, or like an intense urge. This is the sweet spot. Please don’t automatically grab your crotch! I want you to stay still and let the pressure build. Breathe directly into that fullness. Let the wave crest without trying to force it over the edge. True surrender means letting the body take over when the tension peaks.
Your Practical Assignment
Here’s what I want you to do as an assignment for your next solo practice session:
- Prepare your favorite well-lubricated internal trainer or plug
- Insert it slowly
- sit back, and set a timer for exactly ten minutes.
For those ten minutes, I don’t want your hands to touch your body. Your only task is to focus entirely on your breath, consciously relaxing your pelvic wall with every exhale. When you try that, I want to know how long you can sit comfortably with the internal pressure before your body naturally begins to pulse.
How do you know if you have a prostate orgasm?
This type of climax feels different: instead of a penis focused sensation this is more of a full-body experience that is intense. Your whole body might shudder as the waves of sensation crash over you. Be aware that you might or might not have a fluid release. In feminization training this is called a sissygasm but you don’t have to be a sissy to thoroughly enjoy a prostate orgasm.
Questions for you
In the comments, I want to know how you feel when you climax like this. Was there a learning curve to relax into these sensations instead of the grab and go of traditional orgasms? Leave me a comment here or let’s do a private session where my voice guides you every step of the way.
